Drive Motor: ABB or ELIN water cooling motor;
Gearbox: Bliateral symmetry gear drive system; Designed service life≥72000hrs, average torque coeffiicient=11.5, brand of bearings are Sweden SKF and Germany INA;
Torque Limiter: torque limiter imported from Germany;
Barrels: integrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner, material of lineris is high wear and corrosion resistant imported from Finland; Channel of barrels is annular jet type, not easy to be blocked;
Screw shaft: material of screw element is high wear and corrosion resistant imported from Finland; the surface of screw elements have done mirror polishing process.
Material of shaft is imported from Finland;
Machine frame: heating rod imported from Germany;
Electrical system: PLC and insturment control for your choice; control cabinet and power cabinet are seperate, the strong power is installed separately from the weak pary.
